                       Illy’s Fire Pizza began as a family tradition sparked by                             a playful flour fight and a love for pizza-making. After relocating to Columbus, Ohio, and facing life’s challenges, the family turned their passion into a business, officially launching in February 2014. Known for offering a healthier twist on pizza, they specialize in using turkey products and fresh ingredients, all served from their impressive 24' enclosed pizza trailer. What started as a joyful holiday tradition is now a local favorite, bringing delicious, guilt-free pizza to the community.
